The Courthouse completes one of the corners of the Civic Center Plaza and its ensemble. Sierra White granite is the exterior material.

38 Courtrooms and Hearing Rooms and ancillary services, including childcare, are within the 233,000 square foot, seven-story building. Teh state-of-the-art courtrooms are designed for 21st century flexibility including real time reporting.

The public space is organized around the three-story corner Rotunda. The Rotunda reflects the vertical exterior corner while providing a rich entry space for all who enter the Courthouse.
