around.

of Sausal Creek. The main open space is in the center
of the site, adjacent to a historic oak tree. This placement
encourages the children of the complex to play together.
Parking is clustered at the
front of the site. Although some residents have to walk
a short distance to their houses, they do have private
outdoor space and more occasions to interact with their
