Pacifica Town Center Master Plan
Pacifica, California
Streetscape

Pacifica, a city just south of San Francisco, does not have a central business district, but it has an abandoned 75-acre quarry site.

The Master Plan Concept is to create a modern version of an authentic Mediterranean Hillside Town. The wholeness, liveliness, and charm of the original villages would be ensured by enforcing sensitive design patterns.

Providing excellent access, and abundant parking will accommodate the automobile. The parking will be hidden and the design emphasis of the project will be on the pedestrian.

The Plan envisions over 1,000 units of housing, and integrated retail, commercial, R&D, hospitality, and civic uses.
