of, or developed low/ moderate income projects in San Francisco,
Oakland, and Nevada. The homes were targeted for low-income
families, low-income seniors, and moderate-income families.

of financing and developing low and moderate -income housing
not only from his experience with his own projects, but also
from his service as, or on:

Housing Authority.
- Chair of Housing Committee,
San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR).

State of California Department of Housing.

of Community Block Grant Program, San Francisco.
